Both the appeals are filed by the original defendant/judgment debtor. 2.

The matters were referred to mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 27th August,2025. 3.

The parties have reached a settlement, and the settlement agreement dated 14th November,2025 is drawn and executed by the judgment debtor The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and the decree holder.

As such, a joint request is made that both these appeals be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 14th November,2025. 5.

The respective counsels are also signatory to the settlement agreement.

In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to dispose of both the appeals in terms of the said settlement agreement.

We make it clear that, in case if there is any default, a decree be drawn in terms of the settlement agreement in both these appeals, which will be executable.

We further make it clear that the parties shall be entitled for refund of court fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of law. 9.

Both the appeals accordingly stand disposed.
