After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellants, and who would be the plaintiff as also the defendant nos. 2 to 5 in the suit, will receive an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all claims which exist of the children of late Sh. Kailash Chand except the defendant no. 1/respondent no. 1/Sh. Vipin Kumar Gupta. Since Sh. Vipin Kumar Gupta has transferred his rights in the suit property to defendant no. 10/respondent no. 2/Sh.Satish Kumar Gupta, it is Sh. Satish Kumar Gupta who will pay the sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the appellants, and on receipt of such amounts the claims of all the parties to the suit, except the defendant no. 10/respondent no. 2 will come to an end and respondent no. 2 will become the sole and exclusive owner of the suit property being first RFA 207/2011
floor of house no. 1090, Gali Raja Ugrasen, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi. It is agreed that a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- will be paid by the respondent no. 2/defendant no. 10 to the appellants by depositing the same in this Court within a period of six months from today.
The balance amount of Rs.50,000/- will be deposited within a total period of 11⁄2 year from today. Such amount on being deposited can be withdrawn by the appellants, along with accrued interest thereon if any.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
