Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the issue raised in this writ petition, we permit the petitioner to approach the Court on administrative side by making an appropriate representation for redressal of his grievances to the committee of Hon'ble Judges concerned through the Registrar General. If the petitioner approaches the concerned committee, we expect that appropriate decision on the grievances of the petitioner shall also be taken which shall be communicated to the petitioner as well.
