that further legally permissible action in the matter shall also be taken. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition in terms of the statement made by Mr. Anuj Chaturvedi, learned counsel representing the MCD and direct that whatever action is required to be taken, the same shall be expedited and concluded within a period of 03 months.

The Corporation, if contemplates any action, shall give due notice to the person concerned as well.
