The present application has been filed by respondent no. 2 seeking modification/rectification of order dated 26.08.2025. 2.
Mr. Manu Beri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2/Transunion CIBIL submits that operative direction in order dated 26.08.2025 has been given to the respondent no. 2 to rectify the credit score of the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from the date of the order. He submits that this direction was passed after the order of wilful defaulter was quashed.

He submits that despite the order of wilful defaulter having been quashed by this Court, no instructions have been given by the respondent no. 3/Standard Capital Markets Ltd. to the respondent no. 2 to change the status of the petitioner.
