At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that in the aftermath of the order dated 19.06.2025, whereby the petitioner's application under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (A&C Act) was dismissed, further arbitral proceedings have taken place and the award has been reserved.

In the circumstances, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies under the framework of A&C Act. 5.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
