At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreed dated 13.02.2026 before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, and that the respondent has received the entire amount towards all her claims. The respondent, who appears through VC is identified by the counsel for the petitioner, acknowledges the said fact. 2.

The settlement agreement dated 13.02.2026 is taken on record and the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the same. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition along with pending application is disposed of.
