Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the issue raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already represented his cause by way of making a representation to the Police Commissioner and other authorities, which is contained in Annexure A-8 appended to the writ petition.

As per the reply given under the Right to Information Act, 2005 vide letter dated 17.04.2025, it has been informed to the petitioner that the representation received in the office of the Commissioner of Police is under consideration of the senior officers.
