% 20.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th March, 2014, passed in W.P (C) No.5988/2013, whereby the counsel for the parties made a statement that they would jointly apply for mutation of the plot bearing No.9, Patpar Ganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092 in their names within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that despite the aforesaid order, the respondent is not cooperating for getting the aforesaid plot mutated in the names of the parties. However, this Court finds that no undertaking was given by the respondents and none was accepted by this Court. This Court also finds that the present contempt petition is barred by limitation inasmuch as the order relied upon is dated 10th March, 2014 and the period of limitation to file a contempt petition is one year.

Consequently, the present contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to seek redressal of their grievances by filing appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 20, 2017 KA
