This petition is filed with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order(s) or directions(s) to direct the Respondent No.1 to expeditiously decide the appeal bearing no.

NFAC/2017-18/10086603 for A.Y 2018-19 filed on 30.09.2021, and b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order(s) or directions(s) to direct the Respondent No.1 to grant out of turn/priority hearing in appeal bearing no. NFAC/2017-18/10086603 for A.Y 2018-19 filed on 30.09.2021; and c) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order(s) or directions(s) to direct the Respondent No.2 to de-freeze the bank account of the Petitioner Company till disposal of the Appeal bearing no. In substance, the prayer of the petitioner is for the early hearing of pending appeal No.NFAC/2017-18/10086603 for AY 2018-19 filed on 30.09.2021.

Mr Vipul Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Revenue would submit that appropriate for the petitioner is to file an application for early hearing for consideration of the Centre. 4.

On this submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the captioned petition to approach the Centre by way of an early hearing application for the disposal of pending appeal. 5.

Noting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.
