BAIL APPLN. 318/2017 Petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that his wife is to be operated on 4th April, 2017 at Satyabhama Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. for her Thyroid ailment.

Medical certificate issued by Dr. J. N. Chaudhary, Medical Superintendent, Devansh Hospital, Prahladpur Bangar, Delhi has been annexed with the early hearing application. SI Bansi Lal of police station Mehrauli is present in Court and submits that the date of operation has been verified.

Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, petitioner is

admitted to interim bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
