The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 seeking modification/correction in order dated 09.08.2024 passed by this Court to the effect that in Paras- 10 and 14 of the judgment, the words "Programme Officers" have been wrongly typed instead of "Administrative Cadre/Staff". 2.

It is also averred that in Para- 1 of the judgment dated 09.08.2024, O.A. has been wrongly mentioned as O.A. No.849/2016 instead of O.A. No.859/2016.

Since errors and modification sought by way of the present application are typographical errors, requirement to issue notice of the application is dispensed with.

Upon hearing, we hereby allow the present application, directing as W.P.(C) 16329/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/09/2024 at 15:37:41

under:- (i) In Para 1, 10 and 14 of the judgment, O.A. No. shall be read as 859/2016 instead of 849/2016.

(ii) In Para 10 and 14 of the judgment, instead of "Programme Officers", the directions shall be in respect of "Administrative cadre/staff".

With aforesaid modifications in judgment dated 09.08.2024, the present application is disposed of.
