By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks that the NCDRC be directed to expedite the hearing in case no. 870/2016. 4.

This Court finds no justification for issuing any such directions to the NCDRC. It is for the concerned bench of the NCDRC to regulate its hearing board. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. 5.

However, considering the peculiar hardship emphasised by learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention the matter before the concerned bench for expeditious hearing and disposal of the aforesaid case.
