W.P.(C) 1338/2017 & C.M. No.6110/2017 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction in property bearing No.WZ-520, Naraina Village, New Delhi. Submission is that this is against the bye-laws of the Corporation. Photographs have been filed to substantiate the stand of the petitioner.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/North DMC has put in appearance. Her submission is that deviations/legal construction in the portion of ground floor, first floor, second floor,

third floor and fourth floors have been booked on 14.02.2017. Submission is that all actions in accordance with law which has already been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that it shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to state that any adverse action against the property of the private respondent shall be taken after due notice to him. Petition disposed of.
