Learned APP appearing on behalf of State, at the very outset, states that applicant filed a common application for grant of regular as well as interim bail, but only pressed for grant of interim bail before the trial Court and, therefore, merits of the case were not dealt by the trial Court. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Vimal Tyagi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file regular bail application before the trial Court. 4.
