By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 0076/2025, registered at Police Station Begumpur, for the commission of offences punishable under Section 64(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS') and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter 'POCSO Act').

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present application for grant of regular bail at this stage and further seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of the state submits that the charge-sheet in the present case already stands filed.
