First Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 122/2024 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station I.P. Estate.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 3.
