Mr. Anant Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal as the immovable property admeasuring 29.1/3 sq. yds., bearing No. WZ-19 in Khasra No. 10/19, situated in the revenue estate of Village Chaukhandi. Delhi State, Abadi known as Ram Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi110018, has come to his possession, pursuant to a decree dated 25.11.2023 in CS SCJ No.597847/2016.

I have recorded the statement of the appellant, who is present in person, separately. The statement was made in Hindi and translated by me.

In view of the above, the appeal, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
