% 26.02.2016 Learned counsel for the defendant submits that the dispute is not a commercial dispute and valued at less than Rs.2 crores hence liable to be transferred to district court.

No objection reported by the counsel for plaintiff. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's office which is located within the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi. Learned counsel for defendant reports no objection to transfer the present suit to District West.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 19.07.2016.
