% 03.05.2017 CRL.M.A.4667/2017 & CRL.M.A.6925/2017 in CRL.M.C. 876/2017 The impugned bail order dated 04.03.2016 passed by learned Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-03, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi perused. The cancellation of the aforesaid bail order on the ground of violation of terms and conditions imposed by the Trial Court is to be dealt by the same Court. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh application before the concerned Sessions Court for cancellation of bail on the ground of violation of terms and conditions. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner

to file appropriate application before the concerned Court for the alleged violation of the terms and conditions, if desires, as per law. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. The date already fixed stands cancelled.

Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
