After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition but seeks liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court to take off the record the replication filed by the husband as it was placed on record without there being any leave granted by the learned Trial Court and also for the reason that it contains additional grounds which is not permissible.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
