The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/Respondent for deliberate and willful breach of the undertaking taken at the time of disposing of the CM(M) 857 of 2019 petition vide Order dated 28/04/2025.
b. Pass any other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submits that 50% of the balance principal amount shall be paid to the petitioner before the learned Executing Court on 19.11.2025. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 5.
