Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition on the basis of the assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent that the directions contained in the order dated 11.07.2023 in CS(OS) 281/2017 would be complied with.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel enters appearance for "M/s Jairaj Developers" and submits that the said entity also has certain rights in respect of the property in question. In these proceedings, this Court is not concerned with the said claim.
