The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 25 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: "A. Initiate contempt proceedings against Respondents for deliberate and willful disobedience of Orders dated 17.11.2023 in W.P .(C) No.13761/2023, 28.05.2024, and 18.12.2024 in Cont. Cas. (C) 902/2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court, and further appropriate legal action be taken against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; B. Direct the respondents to allot a LIG plot, admeasuring 32 square meters, in a developed sector of Rohini, Delhi to the petitioner under Rohini Residential Scheme-1981 by charging the same price as was applicable in the year 2014 at par with other The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. C. Direct the respondents to issue the demand-cum-allotment letter to the petitioner, issue the possession letter of the plot after depositing the cost by the Petitioner, handover of physical possession of plot and execute the lease deed of the plot in favor of the Petitioner within a period of 8 weeks, after completing all the formalities by the petitioner;
D. Summon the Commissioner (Land Disposal) to remain personally present and explain the continued disobedience; E. Impose exemplary costs and/or fines on DDA and its officials for repeated and willful contempt; and F. Pass any such order/ directions as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 4.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that the representation has been decided and the petitioner has been found eligible for allotment of plot.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer for direction to respondent no. 1 to expedite the process in terms of prayer 'C'. 6.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. 7.
Respondent no. 1 is directed to expedite the process of allotment and complete the same preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. 8.
