The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against contemnors for violating the order dated 9.2.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3273/2018 titled as Mst.Kausar Iram Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Ors.; b) Direct the contemnors to obey and comply the order dated 9.2.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3273/2018 titled as Mst.Kausar Iram Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Ors.; and c) Pass any other further order (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
