The present petition under Section 10, 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Proceedings for civil contempt may kindly be initiated against the Contemnor/Respondent for not complying with consent Decree/Judgment dated 31.07.2024 & Mediation Settlement dt 28.05.2024;
b) Contemnors may kindly be punished with sentence and other penalties as may be prescribed in law to ensure that similar acts of contempt are not repeated in future;
c) Respondent may be directed to comply with with consent decree/judgment dated 31.07.2024 & Mediation Settlement dt 28.05.2024;
d) such other appropriate order and directions may also be passed as may be necessary and expedient in the interest of justice."
