The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against contemnor No.1 to 3 for their willful disobedience of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 8950/2025 by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi (b) Summon the Contemnors and direct their personal appearance and explanation for the contemptuous conduct and false statements made before this Hon' ble Court; (c) Commit the Contemnors to civil prison and/or impose such punishment as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; (d) Pass such further order(s) or direction(s) as may -be deemed just, fit, and proper in the interest of justice." 3.
