% 10.12.2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is seeking demarcation of his land bearing Khasra No. 853/152, measuring six biswas, Revenue State of village - Basoli. Counsel for the respondent along with the concerned SDM, Seemapuri is present and submits that sufficient time be given to comply with the order.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the concerned SDM is directed to look into the matter to demarcate the aforesaid land as per the rules within a period of four months/as soon as possible.

Subject to the deposit of the cost incurred for demarcation in case of Total Station Method (TSM) in case of manual on the basis of the ordinary cost as per rules.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
