Learned counsels for the parties' state that parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 18.09.2025, whereby they have mutually resolved their disputes with respect to the use of the subject mark 'MAREX'.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 states that Mr. Vipin Preenja/Respondent No. 1 has joined the proceedings through video conferencing link and is identified by him.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 states that respondent no. 1 shall remain bound by the terms of settlement agreement and shall not interfere with the Petitioner's use of subject mark 'MAREX' in terms of settlement agreement.

well, will use the subject mark 'MAREX' strictly as per the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. He states that the settlement agreement has been filed vide e-diary no. 7973518/2025 and prays that the said settlement agreement may be taken on record. 5.
It is stated that in view of the said settlement, the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the present petition.

This Court has perused the terms of settlement agreement. 7.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the parties, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18.09.2025 binding the parties to the said agreement. 8.
The Petitioner is directed to remove the objection and bring the settlement agreement filed vide e-diary no. 7973518/2025 on record. 9.
All future dates stand cancelled.
