The present applications have been filed jointly by the parties seeking disposal of the above noted petitions on the basis of settlement dated 14.02.2020 arrived at between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 14.02.2020 is taken on record. Both the parties are present in person and have been identified by their respective counsels. In terms of the Sub Clause (a) of Clause (iii) of the Settlement Agreement, a sum of Rs.11 lacs has been handed over to petitioner no.1 by way of a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent who is present in court, undertakes that second and third installment of Rs.20 lacs and Rs.10 lacs shall be paid on or before 07.03.2020 and 15.03.2020 respectively.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the settlement, name of Master Divyansh is deleted from the array of parties in both the petitions on account of his attaining the age of majority and amended memo of parties, filed along with the present applications, are taken on record.

The above-noted petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous applications is disposed of as infructuous.

Date fixed in the matter, i.e. 03.04.2020 is hereby cancelled. 7.
The above applications stand disposed of in the above terms. 8.
