Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0082/2025 dated 26.06.2025 registered under Sections 406/420/468/471/120B IPC at P.S. EOW, Mandir Marg.

It is submitted that the bare perusal of FIR would show that there are no allegations made out against the Petitioner. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that the FIR is at the nascent stage and the investigations have just commenced to ascertain the role of various persons including that of the Petitioner‟s.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already joined the investigations.
