This petition was admitted by the predecessor bench vide order dated 29.01.2016 and it being one of the oldest cases of this Court, on directions, the Registry listed this matter on 25.10.2025. Since on 25.10.2025, none appeared for petitioners, court notice was directed to be issued to them. The court notice sent to petitioners has returned with a report that at the given address, some construction was being carried out and nobody resides there and name of the owner of that property was found to be some Ms. Preeti. 2.

Petitioners ought to have informed their new address to this Court or ought to have kept a track of these proceedings. 3.

Further, the present petition challenges dismissal of an application under Order XLI Rule 27 CPC, while possession of the subject premises already stands restored to the present respondents.
