O R D E R
% 17.03.2017 The prosecutrix is present in Court. She is identified by the I.O. She states that a settlement has been reached in respect of her dues with the petitioner and she does not oppose grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. She states that she has not been subjected to any fear or threat. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be entitled to be released on bail subject to: i) her furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ IO; ii) she shall provide his mobile phone number to the IO, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The same shall not be changed
without prior intimation to the IO;
iii) she shall join the investigation as and when called for; iv) she shall not contact the complainant or any other witness in the case and shall not try to influence any witness or tamper with evidence. Dasti.
