The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Attention of the Court has been drawn to the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on 29th May, 2025 which reflects that the Arbitral Award has been reserved.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 does not oppose the aforesaid request.

In this view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of nine (9) months from today. 5.
