The sole grievance raised by the petitioner is with respect to the noncompliance of the order dated 30.06.2023 passed by the Central Information Commission („CIC‟) in the second appeal. The petitioner points out from various documents that complaints were presented to the CIC seeking compliance of its directions, however, they have not been looked into. 2.
It is, however, noticed that on 16.04.2025, the CIC noted that the petitioner has no right to seek a review as the earlier appeal was decided on merits.

It be noted that the petitioner does not seek for any review or reconsideration of the earlier order, however seeks for the enforcement of the order passed by the CIC itself.

Under Section 18(e) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 („RTI Act'), the Commission is fully empowered to enquire into the complaint from any person, who believes that he or she has been given incomplete, misleading or false information under the provisions of the Act. 5.
If the Commission is of the view that the order passed by the Commission is not fully complied with, it shall pass appropriate order(s) in accordance with law after undertaking necessary enquiry. 6.
Let the grievance of the petitioner be looked into by the Commission without any undue delay.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
