The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "a) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to convert the plot of land admeasuring about 14700 sq. mtr. at HUDCO Place, Ansal Plaza, New Delhi allotted to the respondent No.3 in terms of the allotment letter dated 10.03.1995 in respect of which an agreement to sub-lease dated01.08.1995 was also executed, from lease hold into free hold by execution and registration of all appropriate documents for the said purpose, and consequently converting the premises of the petitioner bearing No. A-101 A , Ansal Plaza, New Delhi into free hold; and b) Pass such other or further order/s, including cost of the present lis as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
