CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO

O R D E R

% 20.02.2018 The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of order dated July 05, 2017 in W.P.(C) No. 4284/2002. It is the submission of Mr. Anil Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has been complied with to a large extent except, some amount still remains unpaid. He has drawn my attention to a representation made by the petitioner to the respondent in that regard on August 05, 2017. Mr. Yadav states that even in the said representation dated August 05, 2017, the petitioner has not stated the exact amount due from the respondent.

I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a supplementary

representation within 10 days from today, which, including the representation dated August 05, 2017 shall be considered by the respondent within four weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. If any amount is still payable on such consideration, the same shall be paid within the same period of two weeks. But, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondent, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive this contempt petition. The contempt petition is closed.
