The present petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondent No. 1 to recover in terms of Recovery Certificate bearing F.23 (68)/IMP/SHD/Lab/2023 dated 10.12.2024 arising from Award dated 28.03.2024 in industrial dispute bearing POIT No. 32/2024 titled Sh. Vinay Sinha vs. Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan Hospital & Anr. b. Direct the Respondents to pay interest for the delayed payment at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date the said amount became due till the date of payment;
c. Impose exemplary costs on the Respondents for delaying Recovery Proceedings;
d. Pass any such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner."

Vide a separate order of the even date, i.e., 26.09.2025, passed in W.P.(C) 8849/2024, the award, in respect of which recovery certificate had been issued, has been stayed on respondent No.2/management (petitioner therein) depositing the principal award amount before the Worthy Registrar General of this Court.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous, at this stage, and is disposed of accordingly.
