% 31.05.2017 1.

The petition was considered on 18.05.2017 and by an order passed by on this date, this Court observed that it would be expedient if a sole arbitrator is appointed to adjudicate the disputes since the petitioner's claim is only for a sum of `56,23,186/- along with interest. 3.

sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. This is subject to the arbitrator making the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act and not being ineligible under Section 12(5) of the Act.
