After some hearing, Mr. Adit S. Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the Disciplinary Authority.

Mr. Pujari seeks one week's time to enable the petitioner to respond to the impugned memorandum dated 11.07.2025. Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, accedes to the grant of one week's time for this purpose. 3.
The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
