Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while preferring earlier application for bail, it could not be argued before the learned Trial Court that in July 2022, when an accused in another case namely Lakshay Tanwar was appearing in the proceedings at Ghaziabad Court, he was contacted by one Gaurav Mehra and Deepak Kumar (IO of present case), wherein Gaurav Mehra informed him that in case Lakshay Tanwar gets certain work done for Deepak Kumar, in that eventuality, IO could help in the cases. 2.

Prima facie, the alleged conversation between Lakshay Tanwar and Deepak Kumar (IO of present case) has no connectivity, so far as the evidence in the present case is concerned.
