The applicant has been produced through V.C., alongwith the concerned Jail Superintendent.

Learned APP for the State submits that the father of the victim, who is also the complainant, is yet to be examined and further states that crossexamination of the brother of the victim is also pending. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to approach the trial court after the said examination/cross-examination. 4.
Considering that the FIR relates to the year 2019, the trial court shall make an endeavour that the material witnesses are examined/cross-examined at the earliest.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
