After some hearing, the order dated 20.11.2024 is modified/ clarified as under:

(i) reference to "MOU dated 10.05.2012" in para-4 of the order dated 20.11.2024 shall be read as "MOU dated 10.05.2018". (ii) It shall be open to the parties to seek appropriate order/s as regards apportionment of arbitral fees and costs, which shall be duly considered by the learned arbitrator in accordance with law.
