By way of the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 15 days in FIR No. 210/2018 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi on the ground of the applicant's mother's demise on 18.08.2024 and the applicant, being the son, is required to attend the rituals, including Tehrvi, which is scheduled for tomorrow.

Learned APP for the State accepts the notice. 4.

The factum of death of the applicant's mother already stands verified and a Status Report/Verification Report has already been placed before the Ld. Sessions Court.

Ld. counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was twice released on interim bail earlier.

another FIR. It is also submitted that the conduct of applicant in jail is also stated to be unsatisfactory.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the Ld. APP, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on interim bail, however, considering that the factum of death of the applicant's mother stands verified, the applicant is directed to be taken in police custody in plain clothes from Central Jail No. 8 & 9, Tihar to Raj Vatika, 876 East Park Road, Karol Bagh, near Ajmal Khan Park, New Delhi-110005 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on 30.08.2024 and brought back on the same day. 8.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms alongwith pending application.
