% 30.08.2024 CRL.M.A. 26076/2024 By way of the present application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of bail condition imposed vide order dated 28.08.2024 to the extent that the petitioner be permitted to furnish a personal bond with 02 local sureties, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court instead of Jail Superintendent.

Shri Suresh Kumar whereas the petitioner's father's name is late Shri Leela Singh.

Issue notice.

Mr. Utkarsh, learned APP appears for the State on advance copy; accepts notice; and on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in court submits, that they have verified the name of the petitioner's father and the prayer made in the application may be allowed.

In the circumstances, order dated 28.08.2024 is modified limited only to the extent that the petitioner is permitted to furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) with 02 local sureties in the like amount from family members, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Furthermore, the name of the petitioner's father in order dated 28.08.2024 shall be read as late Shri Leela Singh instead of Shri Suresh Kumar.

All the other conditions of interim bail shall remain as they-are. 8.

The application is disposed-of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
