Counsel for the Applicant states that he would like to amend the bail application in light of the fact that the Prosecution has filed a supplementary chargesheet. In this regard, an application [CRL.M.A. 12774/2025] has been filed.

However, after making submissions, counsel for Applicant states that in light of the fact that Supplementary chargesheet has been filed, if the Court would permit, the Applicant would like to apply for bail before the Trial Court.

permitted to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to approach the Trial Court.

In light of the above, no order is required to be passed in CRL.M.A. 12774/2025.
