% 08.03.2018 Mr. Ashwani Katoch, respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Devender of police station Dabri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he has no objection in case FIR No.712/2006 under sections 63/65/68(a) of Copy Right Act and section 7 of Cinematography Act at police station Dabri is quashed. It is noted that FIR has already been quashed against other 11 co-accused in separate petitions filed time to time. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, voluntarily, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
