% 08.07.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] CRL.M.A. 1842/2025 (exemption) 1.
Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
CRL.M.(BAIL) 140/2025 (interim bail) 2.
Learned counsel for accused/applicant initially sought adjournment. But the adjournment request was declined in view of old pendency of this bail application and the previous record reflecting that the accused/applicant is not in touch with the counsel. Today was last opportunity to address arguments. At request of counsel for accused/applicant, the matter was passed over so that he could take instructions from the counsel on record. 3.
In this recall after pass over, counsel for accused/applicant submits that the counsel on record has requested for permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after the accused/applicant contacts the counsel.
4.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
