CRL.M.(BAIL) 2090/2024 By way of the present petition filed under sections 483/528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the applicant/petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to him vide order dated 11.11.2024 by another 04 weeks, on the ground that while out on interim bail the petitioner suffered a fall from a staircase and has consequently been advised spinal surgery. Mr. Kishlaya Mudgal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has been advised spinal surgery which is scheduled on 10.12.2024 and will thereafter need 04 weeks for postsurgery recuperation. 3.

Let status report be filed on or before the next date; with copy to the opposing counsel.
