% 16.12.2024 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the prosecution evidence has been concluded, and the matter is now fixed for 10.01.2025 for the recording of the statement of the accused.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Trial Court. It is further requested that this Court may issue directions for the conclusion of the trial within a time-bound manner. Liberty granted.

The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably till 31.03.2025.
